Business Process Consultant

At SkyPhi, we want to work with the best, ensure they’re treated with respect, and pay them accordingly. We want to work with seasoned professionals who have seen it all and can remain unruffled.

The Business Process Consultant (BPC) is a professional services consulting role responsible for developing and communicating business transformation strategies to all levels of an organization to drive customer success. The Consultant will apply industry best practices and operate in a high-paced team environment.

The Consultant works with ServiceNow Implementation Partners to deliver ServiceNow business processes to clients implementing ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc. Consultants are often working in multiple systems (SkyPhi, Partner Systems, and Client systems) and working with multiple groups unfamiliar with business process best practices.

The BPC executes business process design and continuous improvement activities with the business to design solutions to affect quality, cost, and/or delivery improvements across the business unit in new and innovative ways, taking into account both the voice of the customer as well as business needs. Depending on the client, this may include document current state and future state processes with the objective of reducing waste in the processes.

The BPC is responsible for working with implementation teams and the business to create plans to implement and sustain the process changes identified. Ideally this will include identification Identify and/or development of appropriate metrics to ensure effective baseline of costs and benefits for organization

This is a project-based, part-time contractor role with 3-6 month contracts, generally for 15-30 hours a week throughout the engagement. Often clients will have multiple phases of ServiceNow implementation and ideally the Business Process Consultant would also support future phases at that customer so additional contracts may come up. Additionally, Consultants may be placed at multiple Customers if they desire and the opportunity arises.

Because our focus is working with passionate, driven people, our Consultants generally have busy, full lives. We don’t care what else you have “going on” if you are able to deliver excellence while doing so.
