Organizational Change Manager
At SkyPhi, we want to work with the best, ensure they’re treated with respect, and pay them accordingly.
We have a standardized OCM methodology that streamlines delivery and automates much of the manual work associated with traditional Change Management. We want to work with seasoned professionals who have seen it all and can remain unruffled.
The Organizational Change Manager works with ServiceNow Implementation Partners or directly with clients to deliver ServiceNow Organizational Change Management (OCM) to organizations implementing ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc.
Consultants are often working in multiple systems (SkyPhi, Partner Systems, and Client systems) and working with multiple groups unfamiliar with OCM practices.
Depending on the Consultant’s experience and the needs of the client, the Consultant may either play a Lead or an Analyst role. The Change Manager is expected to support OCM planning activities, attend client meetings, develop OCM materials, update OCM project plans, and identify / escalate risks to the Lead. The Consultant may be asked to facilitate OCM workshops and meetings depending on need.
Our Consultants receive hands-on coaching and support from our team throughout their first engagement to allow them to learn our “style,” which we think differs from traditional consulting. Depending on the Consultant’s level of experience with ServiceNow, they may also be paired with a Business Process Consultant to receive the technical support they need to be successful.
We are transparent and respectful with our clients and more interested in building relationships and meeting folks where they are than sticking to OCM “methodology.”
This is a project-based, part-time contractor role with 3-6 month contracts, generally for 10-20 hours a week throughout the engagement. Often clients will have multiple phases of ServiceNow implementation and ideally the Organizational Change Manager would also support future phases at that customer so additional contracts may come up. Additionally, Consultants may be placed at multiple Customers if they desire and the opportunity arises.
Because our focus is working with passionate, driven people, our Consultants generally have busy, full lives. We don’t care what else you have “going on” if you are able to deliver excellence while doing so.
